You aren't able to add your own music, create new songs, or notetrack songs we do not have permission to include in Rocksmith+. The new Rocksmith Workshop lets you transcribe your own arrangements from a list of songs that we have already licensed from our music partners. I recommend having the game s audio be played through a separate output source though. All of the notes will still be registered. You can mute the guitar track in Rocksmith and play out of the spark amp with your desired tones. I have an ASUS ROG STRIX B550-F gaming motherboard. Just use the NoCableLauncher and select the spark amp. Rocksmith 2014 does not work with my RealTek sound card so I am forced to use USB. New subscribers will have access to the 7-day Rocksmith+ free trial when they subscribe to the 12-month plan. Just recieved my spark and decided to test this. Terms, conditions, and territorial restrictions apply. Savings compared to 3 or 12 months of the monthly subscription price. I could have also routed the RS to my XLR's by adding a send/return loop to the first path. No lag that I could notice, plus I'm using the Helix for the guitar sounds but I still get the music and background "backing tracks" from RS through to my TV speakers. Plugged the Helix LT into my pc with the normal USB A-B cable, selected input microphone in my PC audio settings, speaker output as my tv, and then set up RS to use the microphone instead of the real tone cable. I created a "rocksmith" patch with two paths, one with my amp sims and distortion with an output to my XLRs, then a second clean path with output to the USB 1/2 out. Besides stomp, I have also used to Steinberg UR22mk2 usb audio interface with success. Click Properties, then the Levels tab and move the slider up until the level is about 50. Choose Recording devices then select 'Microphone Rocksmith USB guitar adapter', probably at the bottom of the list. Im going to hook my amp up to it VIA monitor ports on the back later. Right click the speaker icon in the system tray by the clock. by the usb slot on the pc but since a powered hub didnt fix either it Im not too sure what else to try other than using some different usb slots since maybe the connection going into the pc is dodgy. I know I experienced inside rocksmith with the audio engine setting. A website dedicated to custom songs for Rocksmith 2014 Remastered. One thing I did for sure is that I downloaded hx stomp drivers from line 6 and installed them, but it might have been something else. I first did encounter the same static noise problem mentioned earlier, but I'm not sure what fixed it. I have HX Stomp working with Rocksmith using only USB on osx (using aggregate device named as "Rocksmith USB Guitar Adapter"). The forum wont let me post any more pics (maxed out total size I guess), but here is the text from my rocksmith.ini file located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rocksmith2014 Like other applications, you can edit this in notepad and affect the startup settings. It's such a huge bummer for this otherwise great game.I ran some web searches and discovered the rocksmith.ini file. Run that usb into your computer, it should work fine. I was just thinking maybe the rumble 40 usb connection would work better. That’s what I was doing, it worked very well for an active bass, less so for passive. Is there something, anything, I can try to get this to work? I've played with what few settings there are in the options, but nothing's been of any help (btw, I love the minute long splash screens, very cool when you're trying to troubleshoot something and have to restart after each settings change). I was able to use my standard jack and an adapter for my guitar through the line in audio port and it worked surprisingly well. Meanwhile this game hasn't worked for what, over a year now? Obviously this is a more complex audio setup than most games, but literally nothing else-games, DAWs, video editing software-gives me problems. Is there really nothing I can do other than use on-board audio? This is not a good solution for me-I use studio monitors that only allow balanced inputs as my primary speakers, and aside from not wanting to only be able to use headphones when I play this game, it's a pretty big pain to unplug headphones from my DAC/Amp, find a 1/4" to 1/8" adapter, reroute the cable to my tower, etc. I haven't been able to play this game without horrible clicking audio ever since that most recent big update.
